(More customer reviews)Paid considerably more than listed here.... "Box had no battery, which was listed on the packaging as included. Emailed amazon.com, got reply that the battery is "not available". Creative.com & myvado.com's only contact info was phone number back to amazon.com. Was on phone with amazon customer service for nearly one hour and they are "unable" to send me a battery....even though they have it for sale on their website. RETURNED!!!
It makes no sense to me why they would not provide the battery! But take warning, that was/is my experience. :-(
