When I contacted Butterfly Photo to say I wanted to return the item (at their expense since it was not as advertised), they did not respond at all, but a few weeks later sent out a different case meant for a large flat GPS that was easily twice the size of my zi8 camera - clearly not an acceptable alternative! Luckily Amazon refunded our money with their A-Z guarantee. Just to be a good person, I contacted Butterfly Photo again to ask if they wanted their products back since we had gotten our money back and they were of no use to us. The woman on the phone was extremely rude, kept cutting me off, and ultimately acted like they were doing me a huge favor for paying for shipping so that I could ship their products back to them! Never, never, never do business with this company!
