At what I paid for it, I'm extremely happy with the item. Video quality is phenomenal, it picks up audio just right, it looks rugged and easy to use. I would, however, not pay full price fort his device.
Any cons that I can find, is that there isn't any sort of frame stabilizing technology, so you either learn to hold it steady, use a tripod, or just put up with overly shaky video.
