I own a couple of Vado HD's and a Kodak zi8. I put the little sticky rings on both. The Vado has a pretty wide angle lens to begin with, I'd say its equal to a 24mm SLR lens. The Kodaks is more like a 36mm or maybe not even that. On the Vado the wide angle takes you to about 14mm. Quite a wide angle and with the fisheye you get a true fish eye effect. The macro on the Vado takes you so close you have trouble with the lighting but it's very sharp with not much depth of field as one would expect. Sharpness with the lenses on the Vado was ok to good. On the Kodak, the wide angle takes you to about a 24mm so much like the Vado's normal lens. The fish eye takes you to like a 14mm with of course warping along the edges but not a true fish eye effect. Macro is much the same as the Vados-sharp with little depth of field. As for sharpness with the wide angle and fish eye on the Kodak it was not quite as good as with the Vado. All in all good lenses for the money. Bad thing is that they don't sell sticky rings. The lenses are supplied with four so use them wisely.
