(More customer reviews)actually I received another model of neoprene case which has no hand strap and no ring for carabiner..
now I can not attach the carabiner to case. and the zip does not open fully,only halfway.
may be the product is cheap, but you should send the items exactly the same as advertised.
for me it's useless without the ring.
