(More customer reviews)I got this camera as a gift. I plugged it in the first time and it worked. When I took it with me to New York City, it was dead. I tried resetting it with a paper clip (in the hole on the bottom) and nothing. I tried every troubleshooting method and nothing has worked. Also, after looking up these issues on the Internet, I've noticed this is a very common problem so buyer beware!!!
