(More customer reviews)I bought this camcorder because I had good previous expirience with HP products but I cannot say the same on this item. It only worked the first hour, then it shut down and was unable to record for more than a few seconds shutting down again. First I thougt that the battery was the issue but the problem continued with battery fully charged. So maybe the working camcorders offer good quality or features but definetely it's not worth the try since, I read afterwards, that this is a common problem with this model. I returned the product with a full refund from Amazon so no complaints there.
