(More customer reviews)The only thing good about the product was the seller's willingness to make things right. The first one I received could not be recognized by either my XP machine or my wife's win 7 computer. HDE (the seller) worked with me and determined it would be best to try another unit. When it arrived, both computers recognized it but the unit would not record anything. Needing it right away, I didn't have the time (or desire) to try a third unit. HDE took it back and issued a refund very promptly.
If you buy from Amazon or HDE, you're safe. But unless you want to experience delay & frustration, you're best served to avoid this particular item altogether.
