(More customer reviews)This is a good, serviceable case, but the Zi8 just barely fits; there's no room in it for the little flexible tripod. You can sort of hook it onto the side pocket, but it doesn't fit inside the pocket. If you can find a roomier case, that would probably be better. The tripod seems fine; haven't used it yet. It's stable enough to sit on any flat, solid, firm surface. And its flexibility makes it easily adjustable for different angles.
