(More customer reviews)I wish this product had more reviews to help me make a decision but since I couldn't find reviews of the DXH-579v anywhere I decided to buy it anyway. BIG MISTAKE.
1) ZOOM impossible to use smoothly. Doesn't matter how slow you're zooming it's all jittery.
2)Wind noise is unbearable and extremely loud. NOW I have to spend MORE money to buy a windcutter to stick on the mike just so I can use the darn thing.
3) No matter if you got the smooth hands of a sharp shooter your videos will jump all over the place since there's no image stabilizer.
Worse purchase I've made in a long time and I can't return it. :-(
And lastly, I've emailed DXG 5 times to get help regarding the wind issue and ZIP, NADA, ZILCH, NOTHING, no replies.
Stay away.
